We are looking for a qualified individual to carry out the following key tasks
Develop, deploy and maintain appropriate ICT Infrastructure and Connectivity solutions for both head office and field offices
Provide, deploy and maintain Personal Productivity tools.
Develop, deploy and maintain appropriate Business Applications that support critical business processes.
Develop, deploy and maintain appropriate security systems that ensure Network Systems and Data Security from internal and external security threats.
Support LAN and WAN networks, including HUB’s, routers and switches. Configure switches and routers and Firewall configurations
MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) certification would be highly regarded

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The following knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acquired through a combination of formal schooling, self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training.
Position Requirement
Education Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Electrical and, Electronic Engineer or related field. Qualifications on Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Associate and/or Cisco
Certified Network Professional, ITIL Certification will be an added advantage.
Knowledge Working knowledge of telecommunications systems e.g. VSAT, VHF/HF radios
will be an added advantage.
Experience 4 years of working experience 2 of which have been in the capacity of managing an
ICT Department in a busy environment.
Skills & Abilities Good communication skills and articulate both verbally and in the written word, good problem solving and analytical skills, and ability to relate technical issues to a largely non-technical audience (business/ministry), or ability to function in high security risk situations or willing and able to travel within the country for work assignments, good people management skills and experience.
