AKES, would like to appoint a Facilities Manager for its schools in Dar es Salaam. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Heads of School in ensuring that School facilities including Staff Housing are well maintained. Furthermore, to ensure that support staff carryout the necessary cleaning and upkeep as stipulated in the maintenance schedules including planning for any major maintenance in advance.
The ideal candidate should have experience in workforce management and with a minimum experience of 4 years in similar position. Knowledge of basic maintenance and construction is an essential requirement.
