Description
The Fiscal Affairs Department (FAD) of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is seeking to recruit a Resident Tax Administration Advisor to be based at the Southern Africa Technical Assistance Center (AFRITAC South or AFS), based in Port Louis, Mauritius.
The Advisor's appointment term would be for a period of one year, on a renewable basis, subject to satisfactory performance. The Advisor will be required to manage a program of technical assistance (TA) in a range of tax administration issues for the 13 AFS countries, namely Angola, Botswana,Comoros, Lesotho, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
The Advisor will assist AFS member countries in the development and implementation of tax administration reforms.
