Role overview
The Programme Development and Funding Manager (PDFM) will lead efforts to secure funding for VSO Tanzania's projects in health, education and livelihoods. The PDFM will write high quality proposals in partnership with our programmes team as well as network, secure partnerships and create consortia with strong organisations, ultimately leading to increased funding for VSO Tanzania's work.
Skills, qualifications and experience required
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing funding from a wide range of donors, with experience of developing and writing of large proposals. They will also have a track record of developing strong partnerships with implementing partners. Lastly, they will have experience of managing relationships with a range of donors, including private sector organisations.
