Position description: -
Applicants for this position must possess a degree holder.
Updating the staff information includes salary information and personnel information
Checking and collecting the personnel files for the new staff and updating the personnel files.
Assisting reception to do the attendance management and preparing the monthly attendance report.
Maintaining attendance records of annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, absenteeism etc.
Preparing the contract for new staff and terminating or renewing the contract when it will be expired
Taking charge of personnel Management includes joining, probation assessment, post transfer,
demotion and termination etc.
Other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
Experience 5 years.
