POSITION DESCRIPTION
OBJECTIVES
To ensure a smooth and efficient operations of the sales and
Marketing Department by coordinating and cooperating within the department and
between departments in order to ensure achievement, expected sales targets and
the safety of company’s property according to Company’s policies and
procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
·
Create/ develop and maintain the market’s agents
at his/her zone.
·
Implement the better sales policy and formulate
promotion plan.
·
Enlarge sales volume in the market and achieve
expected sales targets.
·
Keep good relationship between agents and the
company.
·
Solve customer’s problems and deal with
customers complaints.
·
Collect market information together with
competitor’s information.
·
Give feedback and handle the information of
dealers.
·
Update agents the company’s progress.
·
Analyze agent’s information and forecast the
market trends.
·
To collect agent’s purchase records, daily,
weekly and monthly.
·
Supervise and urge subordinates achieve the
targets and submit documents in time.
·
Support agents by supplying them with all
marketing and sales materials available.
·
Train and teach agents and customers company’s
products.
NOTE: Other tasks as will be assigned by the upper
management.
Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing
and must have an idea on pay. At least with 2years experience on sales.
