Role Purpose You are responsible to ensure achievement of acquisition and Sales objectives of the department by providing necessary support to the Team as well as providing overall performance visibility of available channels Key Responsibilities • Design different promotion/ events and implement different acquisition strategies • Review performance of acquisition/ sales of the direct channel on monthly basis and take necessary actions • Prepare Monthly detailed analysis on acquisition and sales of direct channel • Improve overall performance visibility of the direct channel and assist the Team on proper management of the same • Comply with the set objectives and ensure that all acquisition channels are paid their commissions on time. • Others activities which will be assigned by the line manager or senior management Position Requirements • Bachelor of Commerce degree (or equivalent) majoring in Accounting or Finance, marketing of other related fields • Sales and channel management experience 3-5 years. • Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS office packages. • Ability to communicate, influences, and be a team player.
