The purpose of this role is to grow customer base and provide excellent customer service.
The key areas of Responsibilities:
Keep abreast with current market trends, monitor customer activities and gather market information, grow customer base, customer accounts, debt collection and sales budget.
Grow new business by indentifying gaps; improve profits through effectively optimizing pricing opportunities and implementing best commercial practices.
Ensure the value of BOC is correctly presented to customers through effective use and co-ordination of specialist resources from within the company.
Manage SHEQ including accidents/incident prevention, investigation and resolution, customer site safety. Participate in all company SHEQ programs.
Maintain existing business, by developing understanding of customers requirements, measure and monitor improvements to service levels provided to customers
Plan regular visits to customers and prepare clear objectives for visits by reviewing business reports, products used and organizing safely audits.
The successful candidatewill be in possession of Bachelors degree in related discipline with 5 to 10 years extensive experience in sales and marketing. The incumbent will have ability to operate in a regional environment, with excellent communication skills and a track record of successful business accomplishments.
