Executive Assistant to MD
Purpose of the role
To provide support to the Directors in the day to day management of their business, which encompasses both Administrative and Organisational tasks
This is an important position, supporting Executive level of people requiring little or no supervision and guidance
Top 3 – 5 Responsibilities
Office Management
• Co-ordinating information and business flows as necessary.
• Orchestration of the Director’s office facilities
Organizational Tasks
• Manage accessibility to Directors complex diary – set up relevant arrangements (e.g. meeting room, notifications, material, etc).
• Deal with Directors post and e-mails efficiently, actioning them when necessary without further reference to their boss
• Compose written and email correspondence, compiling and conveying information clearly in a concise written style, often explaining complex ideas.
• Organize and arrange travel itineraries of Directors, local and overseas, coordinating with counterparts in other locations.
• Provide cover for other Assistants for peak workload, sickness or holidays
• Proactively manage electronic and actively minimize paper filing
Event Organisation
Organize conferences, workshops and events at both a Domestic and International level:
• Work to a budget whilst providing an optimum service and fulfilling the needs of delegates.
• Key point of contact for participants, facilitators and venue management. Prepare and distribute pre-reading materials and act as on-site co-ordinator.
• Prepare presentations/ slide shows, using own ideas and designs as required
Organize complex meetings and telephone/video conferences domestic and international, taking into account different time zones
Communication
• Build, develop and maintain relationships with key external/internal customers and build cross-functional network within own peer group
• Ensure fluid communication is maintained with Directors at all times especially when travelling.
• Deal with all queries and forwarding to relevant departments when necessary.
Project/Administrative Tasks
• Co-ordinate the administration of departmental time-sheets on behalf of the respective Directors
Qualifications:
Secondary school is prerequisite, but often graduate calibre.
Experience:
• At least 2 years in a Team Assistant or PA role at senior level, preferably within a competitive commercial environment
• Ability to work independently, excellent time management, able to set priorities
• Experience with using Microsoft packages, Power Point and preparing reports, spreadsheets
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili.

Senior HR Advisor - Moshi
Role Purpose
The Senior HR Advisor provides end-to-end HR Service Delivery within their region – he/she will be responsible for resolving issues directly with employees and those forwarded by Line Managers or HR Business Partners. Their main focus will be on Employee Lifecycle activity covering resourcing, take-on and take-off, data management, contract generation, management of individual ER issues and providing advice on policies to line managers, employees and HR Management teams.
Key Accountabilities:
HR Service Delivery
Responsible for working closely with their HR colleagues on managing key end to end HR processes such as tracking and monitoring employee exit and employee on-boarding, job changes, etc. This will include being the contact point for employees and line managers in resolving queries and updating relevant parties of progress and status.
Accountable on a day to day basis for the data management and contract generation activities.
Focus on providing superior customer service to employees and line managers through building relationships and resolving case work
Produce and supply on request and as standard reports and statistical information
Review processes and feedback in order to assist in process improvement
Track and monitors cases where appropriate
Resolve more complex employee lifecycle and policy queries and refer appropriate cases to the Global team or internal HR resources.
Provide support to HRBPs and line managers where required
Organisation Position Management

Distributor Manager - South and Lake
Purpose of the role
The Distributor Management is accountable for leading the RTM in the Division and developing and sustaining amazing relationships with our key distributors. They develop and drive our TBB RTM Strategy and joint strategy/plans with selected distributors. Direct performance and P&L responsibility and a strong focus on working with distributors to develop the capability within their organisations.
Key Accountabilities
This role is instrumental to ensuring that our brands are available at “arms reach” across our targeted channels. Accountabilities will include:
· Route to Consumer – ensuring Serengeti Breweries have the optimal route to market appropriate to their strategic commercial goals
Transforming the Distributor Management capability of our in market teams and improve the capability of our Distributor partners
The incumbent will be instrumental in causing the transformation across our customers, our sales teams, and the wider organisation in the region. Key stakeholders will include:
· Sales Leadership teams in market
· Key support functions to enable the change (Finance, Marketing, HR, Comms, etc)

Qualifications and Experience required
• University graduate.
A strong and broad, 4 to 6 years track record in Sales and/or General Management at a leadership level. Marketing experience is also very valuable. Particularly important is previous P&L accountability and significant Distributor Management experience.
Financially literate, understands and interprets financial data effectively.
Cost Accountant
Purpose of the role
Assists in the analysis of financial data and extracts and defines relevant information, interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and or to project a financial probability.
To compile, maintain, and provide timely, relevant, and accurate financial performance data on Operations Team, cost improvement team, and other departments as needed.
In doing so, this individual will perform the monthly accounting close process, prepare and update monthly reports, track performance against projections, work with operations and maintenance department personnel to understand cost impacts of operations, work on implementing corrective action plans to improve cost performance, investigate data and operational inconsistencies, prepare and analyze monthly financial and operational reports. Work closely with the waste reduction team to drive the cogs reduction agenda.
Key Accountablities
1. To lead the lead the annual standard cost rollup in SAP for all the Raw materials , packaging components and finished goods and bulk beer.
2.To conduct full costing of all activities and provide activity rates overheads allocations to production and updates in SAP
3. Prepare revised transfer prices and get sign off for SAP load.
4. Annual updates of BOMs and implementation on data for all new SKUs, and provide data with new materials updates.
5. To cost and advise on a range of performance pay rates to support the decisions in the annual plans
6. Circulate and get commentary on all the cost centre reports from all cost controllers
7. Circulate the material usages and PPVs reports and Partner with procurement to align on the Purchase price variances reported for procurement tracker
8. Close knowledge on the Moving average prices of raw Materials and prices of services
9. Circulate waste and the waste tracker highlighting the Key drivers
Qualifications and experience required
Qualified CPA/ACCA/ACMA or B.COM
