Promoters of new bank are seeking to recruit high caliber, Results- oriented and self driven people with high integrity to fill the following positions in Dar es Salaam

1. IT Manager (one position)
In-charge of organizing the IT department

• Head of IT will take a lead role in supporting our IT Systems.
• Installing and maintaining servers and integrating applications software.
• Ensures the operations and administration of the core banking system (CBS) and peripheral software
• Manages the Network System and network infrastructures projects of the bank
• To provide adequate training and assistance users of the Management Information System (MIS)
• A good degree or an advanced Diploma in IT/computer Science
• Minimum 3 years experience as IT manager in a company. Banking sector is an asset
• In-depth knowledge and use experience of a Management Information System
• Basic concepts on operating systems and Network technologies

2. ACCOUNTANT (one position)
Minimum two years experience in banking

The successful candidate will be employed to perform the following duties:
• Accounting duties.
• General accounting and controls of accounts payable, wire transfers and financial reporting and analysis.
• Payroll management, treasury management and other accounting duties in banking services.

• Must possess a degree or Advanced diploma in Accountancy, CPA will be an added advantage.
• On hand practical skills in accounting in a bank.


• Manage and coordinate the functions the internal operations of the bank’s branch
• Ensure efficient delivery of products and services to clients
• Oversee and ensure compliance with bank’s standard procedures and practices
• Management of all back office bank operations

• Must possess a degree or Advanced diploma in banking or business administration or any other relevant qualifications
• Minimum three years experience in back office bank operations
• Experience with cash management products and operations
• Experience with cheque processing functions and operations

4. TELLERS (three positions)
• Perform day to day teller operations.
• Receiving cash from customers for depositing.
• Doing payments to the customers (cash out)
• Cash balancing.
• Diploma in Business Administration accounting option.
• At least one year experience of cash handling or retail sales experience is required.
• Superior communication skills and demonstrated high level of integrity.
• Must be fluent in English and Kiswahili
5. LOAN OFFICERS (two positions)

The successful candidate must a sharp, motivated, experienced loan originator who can develop business and has a proven sales and customer service skills.

• A minimum education level of bachelor degree or advanced diploma preferably in finance, business administration, economics and community development.
• Experience in banking and or microfinance
• Must be fluent in English and Kiswahili both oral and written.
• Must be computer literate.

• The successful candidate must be a motivated individual with experience in office management.
• Perform receptionist work.
• Receiving and dispatching mails.
• Managing front office in terms of discipline as per the Bank’s policy.
• Diploma in Secretarial studies or he/she completed stage III with office studies
• Must be fluent in both Kiswahili and English languages
• Must be computer literate
7. Customer service advisors (two positions)
• The successful candidate must be a motivated individual with experience in customer services in a reputable bank

• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate banking services
• Answer customer inquiries
• Open and close customers for customers

• A minimum education level of bachelor degree or advanced diploma preferably in finance, business administration, economics and community development
• Must be fluent in English and Kiswahili both oral and written
• Must be computer literate

• The successful candidate must be a highly motivated person.
• Take care, drive and maintain Bank’s motor vehicle.
• Maintain and keep motor vehicle’s log book.
• Must possess drivers license class C.
• A minimum education of Form Four/ ‘”O” Level.
• Proven high level of integrity and willing to work long hours.
• Must be fluent in English and Kiswahili.
