We are seeking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef
The qualified individual should:
- Have worked for small properties, preferably on island resorts of International chain in the same capacity;
- Hands on, and able to work with different ethnic group;
- Experienced in European Cuisines, Italian in particular;
- Experience of Asian cuisines would be a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- A self-starter, and willing to train others;
- Creative in buffet menus and displays
- A team play, a motivator despite possible language barrier;
- Detail oriented; and experience in food promotion;
- HACCP trained or certified, and able to implement HACCP standard;
- Computer literate;
