PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Provide the overall leadership to Branch staff. Aggressively drive the Branch growth and profitability targets by identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and agents.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Distribution Deliverables
§ Lead business growth and development of the branch and agents network
§ Manage and lead the Branch team
§ Ensure the delivery of ATM cards, FINA Link - is done promptly and the use of ATM is done by all consumer customers effectively.
§ Ensure the money transfer service is available and online at each Branch and bank outlet/guichet
§ Enable customers use the bank accounts across Fina Bank group
§ Propagate use of mobile banking, net banking & point of services with different functionalities
§ Reduce the queues of customers attending by offering a quick service and good customer service
Business Results
§ Promote the Bank’s brand and image
§ Mobilize deposits to meet branch targets, ahead of time.
§ Grow the customer base and market bank products and services to new and existing customers
§ Champion customer experience
§ Budget planning, control and evaluation for the Branch
Process
§ Ensure 100% compliance to the Bank’s policies and procedures to ensure smooth management
People Development
§ Build and develop a high performing team.
§ Develop competencies of the base branch and aligned branch resource
Transformation management
§ Ability to give same direction to the team and share clear objectives of the
branch
§ Delegation of tasks to tab potential, passion and performance of branch staff
Customer Relationship Management
§ Interact regularly with the customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
§ Ensure clear communication with all teammates and customers
§ Ensure adequate focus to the business profitability of the base branch
Code of conduct and ensuring compliance of statutory norms
§ Adherence to the code of conduct by the branch staff.
§ Ensure compliance with FINA Bank’s high standards on norms for each process
§ Compliance with all statutory and regulatory norms.

The Threshold criteria is :
· Minimum Graduates with additional Business Management degree
preferred
· Minimum 5 plus years of branch banking experience
· Understanding & appreciation of branch operations & customer
services
· Exposure to Entrepreneurship will be an added advantage
· Proficiency in local language – Kinyarwanda is a MUST. English and
French languages skills shall be appreciated.
. Expertise in the local market is an added advantage.
