EFC Tanzania M.F.C Limited is a deposit taking Microfinance Company supervised by the Bank of Tanzania and providing financial services to micro and small size enterprises (MSEs).

Commencing operations in 2011, the purpose of the Entrepreneurs Financial Centre (EFC) is to provide increased access to specialized financial services for entrepreneurs while contributing to wealth creation, improvement of living conditions and development of the Tanzanian private sector. Owned by international and' local investors, EFC Tanzania is distinctive in its emphasis on local development through a collective ownership.

POSITIONS:
EFC Tanzania is now accepting applications for the following positions:

• Sale Agents (10 positions)
• Assistant Accountant
• Accountant (CPA holder)
• Credit Officers Individual MSE's Loan (15 positions)
• Credit Officers Home Improvement Loans (10 positions)
• Administrative Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE:
Applicants should have financial services experience with the following general profile:
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or Economics;
• One (1) to three (3) years of work experience in a related field;
• Innovative problem solving skills;
• Strong people relationship skills with a customer service and teamwork orientation;
• Action and results oriented with good time management and analytical skills;
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
