POSITION: LV & Supporting Equipment Instructor
WORKS FOR: Mining Training FLM
EDUCATION: Secondary Education with Diploma or Certificate in Driving assessment (NIT)
PURPOSE OF ROLE: To ensure that training needs are promptly identified and translated into effective training
Experience: 5 years experience in driving and supporting equipment assessment practice
Accountabilities
1. Scheduling of Training Sessions Weekly and Monthly
2. Updating of Training Matrixes
3. Updating of personal training records
4. Updating of existing training packages
5. Conducting of Theoretical & Practical Training on Light Truck, Hiab Crane, Cherry picker, Fire Truck, Forklift & Telehandler
6. Filing of training records
7. Weekly and monthly training records
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fluent in English language
2. Strong work ethics
3. Ability to work under pressure at minimum supervision
4. Current Tanzanian Driver's license
5. Computer literate
