The basic salary for this position is £62,500 - £70,344 (approximately $99,187 - $111,700 USD)
MAG is recruiting two Senior Technical Advisors to join our International Development and Evaluation Team (IDET).
Based overseas, and reporting to the Technical Director, you will undertake monitoring and evaluation missions of MAG operations, with a focus on operational quality and technical delivery. Drawing on extensive experience of managing and delivering mine action operations overseas, you will also play a key role in MAG’s operational research and development initiatives and contribute to the development of MAG's operational policies and procedures. You will also assist MAG's efforts to further develop Small Arms and Light Weapons and Physical Security and Stockpile Management initiatives.
As one of MAG’s senior technical members of staff, you will be required to represent the organisation at an international level and also provide input and support to recruitment, staff development and resource mobilisation.
The post will be offered on an open-ended contract, subject to continued funding.
