System Admin: M-PESA Applications Supp

JOB PURPOSE

The role of System Administrator: MPESA Application Support is to assist the MPESA IT Operations in the following areas:-

• Configuration and Support of G2 Systems/Applications
• MPESA & 3rd Party – System Administration, Integration & Delivery
• MPESA & 3rd Party - System Monitoring

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Configuration and Support of G2 Systems/Applications

• G2 Core Configurations Including 3rd Party + Brokers
• Support of G2 Core Applications, 3rd Party + Brokers
• Support deployment of business configurations

2 MPESA& 3rd Party – System Administration, Integration & Delivery

• Support Integration of Billers
• End to End Testing

3 MPESA& 3rd Party - System Monitoring

• Monitor performance of MPESA + 3rd Party
• Monitor the SLA

Qualifications & Experience

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• GSM and Telecommunication Experience (Added Advantage)
• Relational Database Management Systems
• 1 Year Experience in M-Commerce
