The key purpose of the Risk Manager is to ensure the company’s strategic, tactical and operational risks are identified, documented communicated and managed to mitigate the potential impact on the business.

The main responsibility of the risk manager would be to assess, identify and suggests measures to mitigate the potential risks that may hinder the reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity of their organization.

Core Job Description
- Compliance with Vodacom Group Risk Methodology
- Preparing, compile and submit Risk Management reports to Vodacom Group and Senior Management of Vodacom Tanzania Limited
- Identification and Management of Risk Mitigation Initiatives
- Feed in to the Audit Function based on risk based approach
- Management of the ERM portfolio.
- Liaison with Vodacom Group and other stakeholders for preparation of risk management pack
- Implementation of Risk Management across the organization
- Perform new product risk assessment and engages with the stakeholders internally to mitigate the risk identified.
- Develops and Provides ongoing risk management orientation and continuing education programs for providers, management and staff
- Graduate in any Financial or Commercial discipline
- Relevant Professional Qualification
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position
