Must be resident in Tanzania or a surrounding country.Kiswahili language skills preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Performance Monitoring Advisor will lead all components supporting the performance monitoring needs of the project.

This support will include:

• Activity-level and Intermediate Result-level Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan development
• Data collection methodology
• Data quality assessments
•  Site improvement monitoring system work(including coordinating site visits and ensuring all relevant reporting is completed)
• Maintenance of partner reporting system

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Graduate Degree in International Development, Economics, Social Science, Statistics, or a Related Field
• 5+ years of experience in performance monitoring for International Development projects, including experience with:
  • Performance Management Plan Development;
  • Data Quality Assessments; and/or,
  • Participatory Data Collection Methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required in English.
• Kiswahili language skills preferred
