Master Trainer

The successful candidate will be responsible for the insuring the quality of the entire organizational training continuum during a volunteer 2 years of services. The master of trainer of Peace Crops Tanzania works closely with the director of training and knowledge management and director of programming the training team and program managers to design coordinate and implement all peace corps training events
- S/HE works with all staff to provide quality training for volunteer and their Tanzanian coworkers
- S/HE provide professional guidance ensure quality of training content and delivery asses and documents the training outcomes and motivates and maintains open communications to improve the monitoring and evaluations of training through PCV S Services
- S/HE provide assistance in developing and maintain the calendars of training events and integrated learning activities which provide American Peace Crops trainees and volunteers with the skills, knowledge and attitude necessary to integrate into their community
- Bachelor degree in public health, adult educations community development o other field related to peace corps programming
- 4 years progressively responsible experience in training management and delivery with demonstrated variety of trainee backgrounds
- Fluent written and spoken English and Swahili
- Ability to develop lesson plan facilitate training session and works and organize length training courses
- Ability to use MS Office
- Ability to pass U.S Embassy background security check
