REGIONAL SALES MANAGER UPCOUNTRY (3 POSTS ARUSHA, DODOMA AND MWANZA)
KEY DUTIES
1. Ensure Sales growth is achieved as per target set
2. Be a team player with concise communication with the team in the field
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities in all channels for sales, use personal
initiative to ensure the translation of identified opportunities into real business
4. Formulate the annual sales target for the area, planning and executing to ensure
achievement of company volume, sales objectives in region
5. Manages region/branch expenses
6. Manages and maintain good relationship with trade partners
7. Ensure expected communications to others within the company are accurately and
timely done
8. Ensure timely payments from customers according to the agreed credit terms
Relevant Qualification/Experience
1. Two years experiences on Sales / Marketing related areas.
2. General degree or Diploma and equivalent experience
3. Relevant Knowledge on Sales and Marketing in FMCG markets
4. Attention to details
5. Interpersonal Team work
6. External Orientation
