Evaluation Specialist
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist should:-
• Possess a Master of Arts Degree in Statistics or Social Sciences.
• Five years experiences in Monitoring and Evaluation with international non-governmental organisations
• At least three years in conducting randomised trials
• Advanced knowledge of statistical packages like SPSS, EPI info or STATA
• Fluent in English
locally based and country experienced consultants will have an added advantage
