ROLE PURPOSE
To provide efficient and effective customer focused Passenger Ticket Sales & Reservation
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES /RESPONSIBILITIES
•Make ticket reservations, confirmations, reconfirmations and seat selection for clients on PW flights in compliance with the carrier policies, procedures and customer expectations.
•To give fare quotes to all PW clients including group quotations and bookings.
•To ensure daily sales reports and sales dispatches are submitted in accordance to company procedures
•Give clients flight details and information
•Handle telephone & email enquiries as regards travel information.
•To protect and enhance revenue collection to meet carriers expectations
•To effectively communicate relevant aspects of customer service internally and externally to meet customer expectations
•Carries out all duties which may reasonably be requested and which are not includes in the job description
•Any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor

ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Administration of catering warehouses including receiving, storing, issuing, dispatching and accounting for stock to ensure a safe, reliable, secure and lean supply chain for Precision Air Services.

•Receiving and account for all stocks being delivered to the store
•Verify stock receipt storage, stock control and record keeping and to initiate enquiries into variances.
•Ensure issues of materials to user department is effected timely and accurately so as to support user satisfaction.
•Prepare authorization notes for obsolete goods to ensure accountability on disposal.
•To summarize all stock receipts/issues and post to stock cards and ledger.
•Process all transactions to the accounting software
•Ensure In-flight material returns are re-cycled to minimize wastage.
•Ensure that all catering for outstation demands are met.
•Produce relevant daily, weekly and monthly reports for review by supervisor.

You will be reporting to Director of Human Resources and Administration Precision Air Services PLC. Please take note of your responsibilities.
ROLE PURPOSE OF THE STATEMENT
To provide support to the Senior Management Team and Line Managers to recruit, retain and develop quality staff so that the performance of the organization is conducive with patient care and to the agreed standards. To ensure that HR Rules and Regulationsincluding practices are in compliance with organizational policies and fulfill the requirements of existing employment legislation
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES /RESPONSBILITIES
•Planning, Organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling work activities in the HR department.
•Responsible for initiating overall HR policies Processes and guidelines related to recruitment, placement, HR administration and logistics functions.
•Support user department in determining the manpower requirement and ensuring departments and sections have optimal and feasible number of staff to drive the business.
•Study disciplinary cases, provide recommendation and ensure the same are handled and concluded within shortest time frame as required by the Labour laws.
•Represent the company at Conciliation Board on both Mediation and Arbitration and where need; prepare appeal to the Industrial Court for appropriate action as stipulated by the existing Employment and Labour Relations Act; 2004
•Provide guidance to managers in handling disciplinary matters as well as grievances handling procedures.
•Responsible for interpretation and translation of general HR policies into actions, guidelines and programs
•To develop, plan and implement staff welfare programs in accordance with the company policies.
•In consultation with the HR Director, provide assistance on grievance handling to ensure that disciplinary issues in the respective business areas are resolved amicably and speedily to maintain industrial harmony
•Provide administrative assistance in the implementation of the performance management policies, procedures and process in the respective business areas
•Facilitate Orientation and Induction of new staff to ensure a clear understanding of the organization & ea
se of settling in.
•Performing day to day administrative and support duties
•Liaising with Company service providers such as hospitals and Insurance companies.
•Keep inventory record of all company offices, leased houses, furniture and fittings in liaison with Finance Department to ensure compatibility with stock verification records.

•Will coordinate and supervise, in consultation with landlords, all kinds of repairs in Head Office as well as MD & CEO’s residence or as may be directed from time to time.
•Ensure that business objectives in HR department are achieved.

•Plus any other duty that might be assigned from time to time.
