Job Summary
East Africa Trade Corridor
Cardno Emerging Markets is pursuing a large donor-funded project in East Africa aimed at increasing regional integration by facilitating the transit of goods and services along the Central and Northern East Africa Corridors.
To this end, Cardno is seeking consultants with the following areas of expertise:
- Regional economic integration;
- Trade facilitation;
- Border management;
- Infrastructure / road transport;
- Transport economics.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Relevant university degree;
- Strong knowledge of the East African region;
- Prior relevant experience in assessing, developing and reinforcing economic and effective transport and trade routes;
- Fluent spoken and written English.
