Salary: Circa £37,000 per annum

WaterAid is strengthening its People and Organisational Development Team to align our resource to specific business areas and develop our strategic approaches to talent management, all supported by stronger people systems. This is a new role within the team.
Your remit will be wide-reaching and include everything from soft skills training and overseeing our performance management system, to team development and building internal learning capacity. You'll lead on management development and induction training, globally as well as for the UK, define our approach to e-learning and look at ways of growing talent across WaterAid.
You have excellent awareness of the latest learning and development trends and an appreciation of how cultural differences affect learning styles.
