WaterAid is strengthening its People and Organisational Development Team to align our resource to specific business areas and develop our strategic approaches to talent management, all supported by stronger people systems. This is a new position within the team.
This role will be responsible for the delivery of high levels of support to the team, including having oversight of all our systems, processes and administrative support including payroll, recruitment and management information.
You'll look at improving recruitment processes and selection methods, manage key supplier relationships and scope opportunities for enhancing our management information systems.
We're looking for someone with HR generalist experience at operational level with excellent customer service skills. You have experience of managing and developing others and have some experience of delivering strategic pieces of work. You'll be highly IT literate, great at managing relationships and have a keen interest in our work.
