1. Human Resources and Administration Manager - Hagadera
Job Purpose / Objective
Based in Hagadera refugee camp, the HR and Administration Manager will work in liaison with the Field Coordinator and the Human Resource Coordinator to offer support services in Human Resource Management and Administration to IRC staff members as regards personnel administration, auxiliary payroll processing, leave administration, recruitment and employee relations in the IRC Kenya, Dadaab Program.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related degree. Graduate diploma in Human Resource management with a strong working experience in the HR field is an added advantage
- Conversant with word processing, spreadsheet and email computer applications
- At least 3 years experience in Human Resource management
- Good knowledge and application of the Kenyan Labour Law
- Strong interpersonal skills, high degree of flexibility and a team player
- Excellent writing and organizational skills
- Budget and program management experience is an added advantage
- Fluency in oral and written English and Swahili. Fluency in Somali language will be an added advantage
