KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Tracking
With a keen eye for detail, to be responsible for the detailed tracking against agreed project plans, identifying delays and proactively establishing the cause and likely impacts. - Administrative Support
Handle all administration required. This will include activities such as meeting setup, international workshop planning & logistics, meetings minutes, action & issue log management, managing pre-workshop communications etc. - Document & Data Management
Be responsible for ensuring all up to date documents from each country are maintained in a shared space, handling version control effectively.
Liaising with country representatives on the detail of the employee data management, working with the Implementation Analyst as required. - Communications
Being alert to the type of questions being raised in different forums, the job holder will proactively identify useful communications, FAQs, modifications to existing implementation materials etc, and liaise with the Our People Communications Officer. - PeopleNet Expertise
To develop a good working knowledge of PeopleNet and our World Vision global template in order to advise local entities, understand the detail of their work in the implementation plan, and to be able to help out with the workshop activities.

- Person Statement:
Likely to either be a recent graduate able to demonstrate a good speed of learning, or a more experienced office manager / project coordinator. Key skills will include: - Administration
Confident in use of all MS products, including data manipulation and analysis on excel, advanced use of powerpoint, and word. - Service Oriented
Strongly oriented to provide support and service to the rest of the implementation team and the LEIT teams. Very flexible and adapts well to constantly changing circumstances. - Strong Communicator
Able to produce concise written communications with as much ease as clearly presenting complex data. - Project Tracking
Confident in MS Project, and able to point to experience of juggling several streams of work consecutively. - Cross Cultural Awareness
Able to work effectively with colleagues from other cultures, recognising the different contexts and paradigms they bring to their work, and keen to learn from them. - Job Context
This new position has been created as part of the PCIS project team in order to successfully roll out to the whole Partnership. - Demonstrating Christ-centred life and work
Able to integrate a Christian faith into their work and sensitive to expressions of faith across cultures and denominations.

Will work as a flexible part of the PCIS team, holding responsibility for rollout implementation issues for a number of WV offices during each wave of the roll-out. - Key Relationships
Critical to success is the building of effective working relationships Implementation Lead and Analyst, with other Implementation Assistants, and with key contacts in each country. - Influence / Decision Making
Will need to build up sufficient relationship with national contacts in order to get timely responses and influence timelines. - Travel
Up to 15% travel per year. Lots of international liaison, across time zones, with some international travel.
