Qualifications: Graduate degree in Geology.
Experience:
2 - 3 years' experience in underground mining geology.
Purpose of the Role: The primary purpose of the role is to provide geological control and support to the underground mining operations.
Main or Key Accountabilities:
? Complete all assigned work according to company procedures
? Identify and report hazards in the work place
? Complete underground geological mapping, sampling and core logging to a schedule approved by the Senior Supervisor Underground Geology
? Provide geological input at mine planning meetings
? Monitor .underground development and ore movement
? Complete geological interpretations from mapping and logging data
Additional Requirements:
? Physical fitness to work in an underground mine environment
? Willingness to work in an underground mine environment
? Good communication skills
? Verbal and written English
? Valid Tanzanian driving license and ability to pass site driving test
? Experience in the use of Data mine (or similar geological software) is an advantage

Experience:
At least two (2) years working experience in underground mine
Purpose of the Role: To provide accurately and timely survey services in supporting underground mining activities to enable efficient and safe achievement of targeted mine production
Main or Key Accountabilities:

Establishment and monitoring of surface and underground survey control points within the mining lease
Perform timely development and production mark-ups
Perform regular as-built surveys of mined areas and update mine face position/model accordingly

Monitoring System (CMS), GPS System and Vulcan/Datamine or Auto cad software
Maintaining survey and mining databases by accurate recoding and processing of survey coordinate information
Carry out exploration survey requirements for resource modeling and block grade updating, adjustment and verification
Liaison with Mine engineering, geology and production/contractor personnel on general survey requirements
Produce monthly and weekly advances and volume calculations
Ensure adequate stock of required PPEs and field consumables for underground mine survey activities
Correctly use and maintain of survey tools and equipments provided
Actively participate in HSE meetings, toolbox talks and all training provided

Be physically and mentally fit
Good communication skills in English and Swahili.
Computer literate - Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
Be able to work under-pressure with minimal supervision
Valid Tanzania driving license. Prior driving in mining environment will be added advantages

Qualifications: Diploma in IT Technology, Electronics or Telecommunication.
Experience: 5 Years' experience in CCTV control room management.
Purpose of the Role: The purpose of the role is - To enhance and optimize systems and processes in the CCTV control room and to transfer knowledge to control room staff
Main or Key Accountabilities
Providing a secure environment for the conduct of the mine's activities and security of its assets by enforcing Security policies and procedures and by constant monitoring thereof to ensure compliance.
Ensure that all equipment in the CCTV is fully operational and report any faults to the Security Systems Super intendant.
Conduct on-going reviewing and surveillance within in GGM area to ensure security standards are being applied in the workplace. Report any non-compliance to the Security Systems Superintendent
Ensure that PTO's, specifically in terms of team members, is conducted on a weekly basis.
Ensure that team members are constantly monitored in terms of their capabilities and on the job training and coaching done where required to rectify substandard performance/behavior
Identify security risks within the GGM area and report to the Security Systems Superintendent such risks in order for him to develop strategies to counter/mitigate the risks.
