We have a great opportunity for a Procurement Assistant to work within our Facilities Management Section, which, as part of the Corporate Services Division, is responsible for the Secretariat’s office buildings, and provides the full range of non-IT related building, property, procurement and facilities services to the Secretariat.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective, high quality procurement assistance and administration services to the procurement function, directly contributing to the effective running of the Secretariat.
Part of your duties will involve being required to assist with contract and tender documentation, monitor and update the contracts register, and establish and embed clear, robust procurement administrative processes and procedures.
