We have an exceptional opportunity for a Procurement & Contracts Officer to work within our Facilities Management Section, which, as part of the Corporate Services Division, is responsible for the Secretariat’s office buildings, and provides the full range of non-IT related building, property, procurement and facilities services to the Secretariat.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both strategic and operational procurement, with lead responsibility for multiple category procurement projects. You will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and will need to have experience of writing specifications and contract documentation.
Your responsibilities will include providing a centralised procurement service to the Secretariat for the sourcing of all UK based goods and services, reviewing and updating Procurement related policies, and developing the procurement plan into a five year strategy, outlining key strategic goals and targets.

The Secretariat’s procurement policy is classed as following restricted OJEU practice, but as an international organisation, the Secretariat is not required to comply with the full OJEU requirements.
