UONGOZI Institute seeks to inspire leaders and promote the recognition of the important role of leadership in sustainable development within Africa. We are seeking a:

 Researcher

 As we are a young organisation we require people who are dynamic and flexible in their approach to work.  In return we can offer you the chance to grow your role and gain valuable work experience to advance your career.

We need someone to undertake research, coordinate the research projects of others and assist with sharing research findings.  You will work on matters concerning national policy devlopment, strategic leadership and sustainable development.  Issues will include leadership development, governance and public-private partnerships.

-       Must be well read and confident in expressing yourself.

-       Analytical and inquiring mind, able to look at the ’big picture’.

-       Masters in Social Science; a Phd will provide added advantage.

-       Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
