Expression of Interest for the Mid Term Evaluation of IPPF AR Strategic Plan 2010-2015 and Development of M&E Plan
IPPF works in 172 countries to provide life saving services to the most vulnerable women, men and young people through a network of Member Associations (MAs). The MAs through 65,000 service points provide family planning, safe abortion, maternal and child health, and STI and HIV treatment, prevention and care.
The IPPF Secretariat comprises of Central Office in London and 6 Regional Offices in Nairobi, Tunis, Kuala Lumpur, Brussels, New Delhi and New York. Each Regional Office oversees, promotes and distributes core funds to MAs in the Region.
IPPF Africa together with its network of 42 MAs developed and started implementing a five-year (2010 – 2015) Regional Strategic Plan. We are now in the half way implementation of the plan and in the process to conduct a mid-term review. The IPPF Africa Regional Office therefore invites interested and qualified Firms/Consultants to send expression of interests (technical and financial offers) to conduct the review and develop the M&E Plan via email to Paulin Tra (ptra@ippfaro.org) and Emmanuel Obeng (eobeng@ippfaro.org)
Preference will be given to Firms/Consultants who have experience in the SRHR field and who bring on board a mix of competences (financial, public health, Monitoring and evaluation, innovative approaches in SRHR) to conduct a very comprehensive mid-term evaluation and make recommendations as well as develop an M&E Plan for the remaining years of implementation.
The deadline for submitting the expression of interest is 23rd August 2013.
Full details of the Terms of Reference are attached.
Only the successful consultants will be contacted.
