To also ensure regional adherence to set targets and performance management as it relates to MSP deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Coordinate all the Core Network Service Assurance and O&M strategy for Africa with the operations and the regional specialist.
2)To be the single point of contact and escalation and for Local CTO & Head of Service Assurance as it relates to Core.
3)Support Operations with deep dive in MSP performance and process alignment
4)Responsible for Regional level Core network Performance and continual operational efficiency and cost control.
QUALIFICATION
•Ideally 5 years of telecommunications experience. Have a good management background in the Telecommunication industry preferably in the Operation or Support capacity.
•Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, preferably followed by a MBA or MSc in Telecommunication.
