Introduction
The Head of HR has primary responsibility of ensuring proper utilisation of human resources in order to enhance effectiveness and profitability throughout the bank.
Responsibilities
Planning, designing and coordination of HR strategies to ensure effective systems and procedures are in place for staff development including specifically:
- Organization Development / Structure and Capacity Building
- Compensation and Benefits Management
- Staff attraction and recruitment
- Budget management
- Updating job descriptions, staff salary administration
- Coordinate staff training
- Industrial Relations
- All HR Group projects
- HR records
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in HR / Business Administration is essential
- Tanzanian citizen
- Banking experience
- At least 8 years of work experience, 3 of which will be at a senior level in the private sector
- Leadership skills & a good command of oral & written English
