Duties and Responsibilities
• Advises Employers on Labor Laws and related legislation
• Assists Employers in collective bargaining and general management issues
• Represents Employers in Mediation, Arbitration, Labor Court and other institutions in accordance with the Labor Laws.
• Coordinates activities of the Divisions of Employers which are constituent parts of the Association as outlined in the Constitution.
Qualifications:
• At least a degree in Laws
• Possession of a post graduate qualification is an added advantage;
• A candidate registered as an Advocate is also an added advantage;
• At least two years experience after internship in the relevant field;
• Must have good command of English. Language;
• Must be results oriented and able to work independently under pressure;
• Must be capable of working within deadlines and has very good skills in preparing reports;
• Must be computer literate;
• Must be prepared to travel within and outside the country sometimes at short notice.
