Consultant - Climate Technology Program (Washington D.C.)

infoDev is seeking a Short Term Consultant (STC) to be based in Washington D.C. to assist with various research, analysis and writing tasks to support the Climate Technology Program (CTP) Coordinator and Program Officer. The Consultant will be primarily responsible for researching, writing, synthesizing and summarizing major sections of the CTPs 5 year business plan and various CIC business plans including Vietnam and the Caribbean. The Consultant will also oversee the design and contracting of upcoming CTP analytical work and a monitoring and evaluation framework. These tasks will include working closely with CTP core staff, in-country consultants and also broader infoDev staff where necessary to complete deliverables within relevant deadlines. The Consultant will report to the CTPs HQ team in Washington D.C. including the Coordinator and Program Officer.
