- To analyse Revenue & Marketing data to help the businesses to achieve the Targeted Ressuas target
- Prepare Revenue Forecasting
- Tracking & Revenue Analysis, Product Portfolio control & rationalization
- Market and Competitive Intelligence
- Network Planning & Optimization .
- Ensure compliance of Marketing Processes, Information Management
U&R (Usage & Retention) duties
- To achieve the desired revenue from the base by designing and developing customized programs
- To create customer base stickiness & hence reduce churn
- Decrease the contribution of inactive users In the network
- Ensure error free process for various tariffs/promotional programs
- Ensure increase in the contribution of International Long Distance traffic in the calling pattern
Key decision making responsibilities:
- Manage and co-ordinate the cohesive delivery of multiple business facing (Customer and Revenue impacting)
- IT support solutions/applications by acting as the vital link between business teams (user departments) and service providers to ensure application development/customization as per defined specifications and seamless integrationon Airtel Africa's IT platform and drive optimal delivery of IT support as per defined cost, time, quality parameters
- To plan and achieve the targeted revenue from the prepaid & postpaid product categories while also ensuring implementation of customized programs to create stickiness of the existing base, resulting In reduced customer churn & higher usage
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Economics/ Marketing or other related social sciences
- Post Graduate Degree Business Management or other related field
- Exposure to Financial Courses during Grad/PG an additional plus
Relevant Experience:
- Overall experience 7-10 years with at least 3 years of marketing experience (preferably product management) in telecoms
- Cross functional exposure in other Business areas Like Finance is a plus but not necessarily in the Telecom field
