Acquisition Manager.
- To formulate A. ensure Implementation of effective & efficient acquisition strategies for Rwanda.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working very closely with the Marketing team
Responsibilities:
- Development & implementation of innovative and relevant acquisition offers, delivered through effective and efficient management of existing systems
- Incremental Share of Net Adds, S. Customer Delight measure in terms of Schemes and Promotions
- Product Management (Product Financial Viability, Document & Process Management, 005 Monitoring, Reporting)
Key decision making responsibilities:
- Recommend financial viability of responding to competition product Launches & new plans
- Identifying the new consumer segments 'for acquisition & Introducing relevant products for them
- Recommend new product Launch/subsidies
- Decide promotion activities/expenses within budget
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of Bachelors in Marketing or Business Studies
- Management with a postgraduate degree in Management, Marketing or Business related field being an added advantage
Relevant Experience
- 3-8 years of work experience work experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in telecoms
Personal Characteristics & Behaviours:
- Strong, creative judgment that facilitates change and innovation
- Critical and analytical thinking skills able to draw conclusions from data, management information and trends
- Demonstrable ability to drive forward work on own initiatives aligned to achieving the business targets
- Entrepreneurial & business acumen with strong numeric ability
