1.20.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Head Kibaha Folk Development College
• Responsible to the Community Development Manager on all matters concerning
Vocational Training and FDC’s workers Training and Farmers short courses at the
College.
• Supervises both the academic and non-academic staff in their day to day duties.
• Prepares the college budget.
• Monitors both Revenue and Expenditure for the college.
• Ensures that both academic staff and students participate in self-reliance projects.
• Ensures that all college assets are in safe custody.
• Prepares the college monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Ensures that the college trains farmers in short courses.
• Fosters good relations in the whole College.
• Supervises self-reliance projects in the college and ensures that all funds from such projects are properly accounted for.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
1.20.2 QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE.
• Masters degree either in Arts or Science (Education).
• At least Nine years’ working experience in Training of which four years should be in a senior position.
1.20.3 REMUNERATION
• Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the Institution’s Salary Scale
PTSS 19.

ix. Applicants for senior positions currently employed in the public service should

x. Applicants for entry levels currently employed in the Public Service
should not apply, they have to adhere to Government Circular Na. CAC. 45/257/01/D/140 dated 30th November, 2010.
xi. Applicants who have/were retired from the Public Service for whatever reason should not apply.

xiii. Certificates from foreign examination bodies for ordinary or advanced level education should be certified by The National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA)
