Head Of Airtel Money
Responsible for managing the overall M CBIORWCI business plan and performance of M-Commerce. Analyses and defines customers' and market requirements and trends to ensure that the business is profitable
Reporting directly to the Country Manager and working very closely with the Airtel Money team
Key decision making responsibilities:
- Provides consultative direction for the team towards predetermined Long-range goals and objectives
- Reviews assignments and determines course of action lobe pursued to obtain necessary results
- Contributor to development of overall goals and objectives of the company and provide right decisions or recommendations to make sure therein no critical delays and modification of projects or operations, cause substantial expenditure of additional time and resources
Qualifications & Knowledge:
- 8-1- years with university degree in business, sales or marketing; at Least 3 - 5 years Leadership experience
- Mobile Banking and Business Management experience mandatory
- IT literacy & Knowledge of English/French
- Proven ability to analyses complex business issues and identify, design and implement effective practical recommendations
- Able to handle, prioritize, multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to operate in a performance driven organization
Essential Knowledge:
- High level of knowledge of all products within a product family, AirteL policies and practices
- High level knowledge; applies technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related discipline
- Exhibits good level of creativity and resourcefulness. Is able to guide and transfer knowledge to team members
