1. Acquisition Manager.
- To formulate A. ensure Implementation of effective & efficient acquisition strategies for Rwanda.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working very closely with the Marketing team
Responsibilities:
- Development & implementation of innovative and relevant acquisition offers, delivered through effective and efficient management of existing systems
- Incremental Share of Net Adds, S. Customer Delight measure in terms of Schemes and Promotions
- Product Management (Product Financial Viability, Document & Process Management, 005 Monitoring, Reporting)
Key decision making responsibilities:
- Recommend financial viability of responding to competition product Launches & new plans
- Identifying the new consumer segments 'for acquisition & Introducing relevant products for them
- Recommend new product Launch/subsidies
- Decide promotion activities/expenses within budget
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of Bachelors in Marketing or Business Studies
- Management with a postgraduate degree in Management, Marketing or Business related field being an added advantage
Relevant Experience
- 3-8 years of work experience work experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in telecoms

2. Revenue, Market Planning & U&R (Usage & Retention) Manager
- To analyse Revenue & Marketing data to help the businesses to achieve the Targeted Ressuas target
- Prepare Revenue Forecasting
- Tracking & Revenue Analysis, Product Portfolio control & rationalization
- Market and Competitive Intelligence
- Network Planning & Optimization .
- Ensure compliance of Marketing Processes, Information Management
U&R (Usage & Retention) duties
- To achieve the desired revenue from the base by designing and developing customized programs
- To create customer base stickiness & hence reduce churn
- Decrease the contribution of inactive users In the network
- Ensure error free process for various tariffs/promotional programs
- Ensure increase in the contribution of International Long Distance traffic in the calling pattern
Key decision making responsibilities:
- Manage and co-ordinate the cohesive delivery of multiple business facing (Customer and Revenue impacting)
- IT support solutions/applications by acting as the vital link between business teams (user departments) and service providers to ensure application development/customization as per defined specifications and seamless integrationon Airtel Africa's IT platform and drive optimal delivery of IT support as per defined cost, time, quality parameters
- To plan and achieve the targeted revenue from the prepaid & postpaid product categories while also ensuring implementation of customized programs to create stickiness of the existing base, resulting In reduced customer churn & higher usage
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Economics/ Marketing or other related social sciences
- Post Graduate Degree Business Management or other related field
- Exposure to Financial Courses during Grad/PG an additional plus
Relevant Experience:
- Overall experience 7-10 years with at least 3 years of marketing experience (preferably product management) in telecoms
- Cross functional exposure in other Business areas Like Finance is a plus but not necessarily in the Telecom field

3. Supply Chain Manager Planning, Reporting & Process Compliance
To Provide support to the SCM team through implementation and monitoring of policies and processes, management of ERP Master data and Vendor Performance management to ensure efficient operations and compliance with controls requirements
Reporting directly to Head of Supply Chain &working very closely with the Supply Chain team
Key decision making responsibilities:
- Able to understand the Annual operating, plan, monitor the plan vs. actual
- Participate in the annual budgeting exercise for Supply Chain Management
- Provide Inputs on Cost Projections and Strategies for Optimization
- Support the inputs through information on benchmark Cost & Price Performance
- Ability to extracts reports from Oracle
- Monitor and regular maintain the utilization of approved Capex & Opex tracker, understand the key parameters of the function's performance
- Make all accurate reports, collect data and maintain it regularly
- Master Data and ERP maintenance
- Vendor Helpdesk management and Process & Policy Review
- Implementation and Compliance Monitoring
Educational Qualifications:
- Qualification in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
Relevant Experience
- Relevant 2 years of varied experience In Telecom and understanding and extensive experience in Planning & Reporting
Personal Characteristics & Behaviours:
- Experience in Planning, Audit and Reporting function
- Functional knowledge of SCM Operations and Preferably knowledge on ERP/Oracle for SCM
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent with MS Office products
4. Head Of Airtel Money
Responsible for managing the overall M CBIORWCI business plan and performance of M-Commerce. Analyses and defines customers' and market requirements and trends to ensure that the business is profitable
Reporting directly to the Country Manager and working very closely with the Airtel Money team
Key decision making responsibilities:
- Provides consultative direction for the team towards predetermined Long-range goals and objectives
- Reviews assignments and determines course of action lobe pursued to obtain necessary results
- Contributor to development of overall goals and objectives of the company and provide right decisions or recommendations to make sure therein no critical delays and modification of projects or operations, cause substantial expenditure of additional time and resources
Qualifications & Knowledge:
- 8-1- years with university degree in business, sales or marketing; at Least 3 - 5 years Leadership experience
- Mobile Banking and Business Management experience mandatory
- IT literacy & Knowledge of English/French
- Proven ability to analyses complex business issues and identify, design and implement effective practical recommendations
- Able to handle, prioritize, multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to operate in a performance driven organization
Essential Knowledge:
- High level of knowledge of all products within a product family, AirteL policies and practices
- High level knowledge; applies technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related discipline
- Exhibits good level of creativity and resourcefulness. Is able to guide and transfer knowledge to team members
