The PBZ  LTD has vacant position which needs to be filled immediately by suitably qualified Tanzanians. Particulars related to the position are as follows:
Station: Head Quarter s
Terms of Employment: Three years contract (Renewable)
 Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be a holder of at least Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swahili.   
Detailed, Oriented, well organized, courteous, conscientious, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency in completing the tasks assigned.
Self motivated with a high level of integrity.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Excellent Computer skills in data management and word processing.
Good working attitude, mature personality, team player and able to work under a minimum supervision.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of confidential personal assistance to the Managing Director and responsible for the execution of secretarial duties, management and organization of Managing Director's office.
Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, memorandums, agendas and minutes of meetings,
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professional1y with all levels of management, Staff and business associates.
Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving.
Arrange meetings/conference prepare presentations and other related tasks. Make travel arrangement for Managing Director related local and overseas trip.
Convey, coordinate, pursue and follow up on the instructions by Managing Director to the respective management staff.
 To undertake other special assignments, ad- hoc functions and related ‘duties as and when required by Managing Director.
Liaison with internal departments, subsidiaries, banks, lawyers and government offices,
Able to do multi-task, prioritize work and meet tight schedules.
Remuneration
The post carries competitive salary commensurate with PBZ Scheme of service to the selected candidate.
