- Increase our business and brand exposure national wide through extensive marketing and selling of our designed packages from Travelling (flight and hotel bookings), ticketing, car hire and rentals, Aiport transfers and Buisness/Missionary tours.
- Identify, solicit, and win new customers through effective marketing research and channels given both by you and the company.
- Provide prospects/clients with competitive and comprehensive estimates as approved by management;
- Service and maintain existing accounts by giving the best quality of customer service and follow-ups;
- Training and presentation for clients through the means available;
- Create and maintain an ethical, professional, and good working relationship with prospects, customers, and co-workers.
- Achieve established Net Sales Goals and provide sales report to management.
- Confer with customers to determine their service requirements and travel preferences.
- Provide customers with travel suggestions and information sources, such as guides, directories, brochures, and maps.
- Promote assigned destinations, tour packages, and other travel services.
Minimum of K.C.S.E and or sales and marketing certification and at least six months experience in the tours and travel industry .
The person shall work on a fulltime basis and their salaries shall be based on commission.
