Job description:
- Ensure that all employees conduct all their tasks in a safe and responsible way.

- Manage the relationship between Atlas Copco and BCL to the benefit of both companies.
- Ensure that Atlas Copco comply with the signed agreement between Atlas Copco and BCL.
- Enforce Atlas Copco policies and guidelines as described in “The Way we do Things”.
- Maintain high quality of service delivered by Atlas Copco under all circumstances.
- Manage the Atlas Copco costs at the BCL Service contract, as well as accurate invoicing the customer, yielding a reasonable profit for Atlas Copco.
- Ensure that all employees in area of responsibility maintain a high ethical standard.
- Manage all Atlas Copco labour, ensuring that all tasks are effective and performed efficiently.
- Coach and train staff.
- Maintain good morale under all employees.
- Efficiently manage the Atlas Copco labour’s variable compensation.
- Manage Atlas Copco stock on site, ensuring correct levels and account for all stock.
- Record keeping of all machine data and performance.
- Compile monthly report to Atlas Copco and the client.
- Responsible for workshop vehicles, plant, tools and machinery.
- Expected to assist in other areas/divisions in the company when needed.
Experience requirements:
- Proven Managerial skills, motivation and management of staff.
- Solid Technical knowledge of products and their applications.
- Effective planning and organisational skills.
- Project planning and execution.
- Computer Literate
Knowledge:
- Grade 12 and Tertiary qualification or relevant experience
Personality requirements:
- Good communicator, and able to lead and motivate a team of people.
- Good customer relations.
- Interpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers and to work as part of the team.
- Be presentable to customers in grooming and dress code.
- Valid driver’s licence.
