ROLE PROFILE:
Resourcing Coordinator - Latin America & Caribbean
SPANISH & ENGLISH WRITTEN & VERBAL REQUIRED
This role focuses on the coordination aspects of the recruiting team and is responsible for end to end management of open requisitions.
Responsible for
1. Tracking cost associated with each open requisition
2. Managing PO's for vendors
3. Paying invoices
4. Reconciling recharges.
- Supports the end to end resourcing process – coaching HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Researchers and candidates in North America, Latin America and/or the Caribbean through the process.
- The Coordinator manages relationships with varied internal stakeholders and external vendors (background checks, agencies) – providing all recruitment tools and materials as needed.
- Aware of EEO, Affirmative Action, and Fair Credit Reporting Compliance requirements to ensure Diageo adheres to fair and equal hiring practices at all times (applicable in some markets).
- Ensure equal hiring practices are followed at all times following Diageo Global Code of Conduct
Manages each open requisition according to the global resourcing process. Workload requires individual prioritization to achieve Talent Delivery Service Level Agreements and KPIs.
To brilliantly execute the provision of a measurably stronger and more diverse talent pool by improving process, systems and vendor relationships within Resourcing
Key responsibility for the role is to lead the operational efforts for the Resourcing team, including:
- Champion DWOR and Global Resourcing Process with HBRPs and Hiring Managers.
- Opens requisitions in Brass Ring and manages the end to end on-line process for the activity
- Responsible for the application process from beginning to end, including candidate experience
- Coordinate and send internal candidates for roles posted internally
- Notifies the Research team of a new role where appropriate
- Manages communications with candidates, hiring managers and HR Business Partners around the Resourcing process – scheduling kick-off meetings, interviews, and debrief meetings
- Manages all travel/logistics for candidate interviews
- Performs scheduling requests
- Schedule SHL, Medical and background checks where applicable
- Carries out pre-employment checks
- Closes the requisition on Brass Ring and completes the New Hire form in Brass Ring to trigger offer letter and onboarding process.
- Manages and tracks costs associated with Resourcing activity.
- Analyses metrics, reports emerging trends and integrates with Continuous Improvement team on actions related to resourcing.
- Resolves Contact Center escalations and queries where appropriate for resourcing

- Expert in the use of Brass Ring and associated resourcing technology
- Ability to analyze, interpret and use data
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
- Working knowledge of all components of the HR Operating Model – Centers of Expertise, In-Market HR and Service Delivery with the ability to clearly articulate the business rationale for each
- Bachelors degree and administrative experience strongly preferred
