Based in Amsterdam, ChildFinance is currently looking for a:
Bank Network Co-ordinator (1 FTE)
Responsibilities • Develop and implement marketing programme for ChildFinance to banking institutions • Work with Managing Director to build and execute global outreach programme to banking institutions for support of ChildFinance including participation in ChildFriendly Product Certification process • Assist in developing and execute implementation of ChildFriendly Product Certification process including periodic review process • Develop and implement process for management and resolution of issues arising relative to ChildFriendly Certified banking institutions • Support Managing Director in material development and follow-up for meetings of ChildFinance working group on access and inclusion
Requirements • 3 to 5 years experience in marketing or sales, ideally with experience working with banks or networks of banks • Networking, presentational and marketing skills and expertise • Organizational skills, detail focus and systematic way of working • Ability to work independently in an international, multi-cultural, fast-paced and challenging start-up environment • Flexible and hands-on mentality, with ability to use initiative and judgment pro-actively • Affinity with the non-profit sector • Excellent verbal and written skills in English (additional language skills a plus) • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration • Legal ability to work in European Union (valid working permit)
Salary Indication We offer a competitive salary based on experience and age according to the Wijffels Code. An initial temporary three months contract will be offered to the successful candidate, with renewal possibility.
