Reports to: Consumer Understanding Manager

Job Responsibility
- Planning and executing all consumer understanding research activities (qualitative and quantitative, fieldwork, telemarketing, etc.)
- Responsible for managing the business relations with research agencies (contracts, quality, consistency and time to market)
- Responsible for coordinating the research budget of each category
- Training the consumer team on researching techniques and consumer insight
- Participating at innovation proposal processes
- Delivering actionable conclusions and recommendations on the results of research studies such as market trackers, pre and post tests, feasibility analysis, etc.
- Supporting all areas involved in the core processes with research activities (customer operations, Go to market, etc.)
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or sociology.
- MS office
- Good interpersonal skills
- FMCG research experience a plus
