Job Summary
-- Reporting to Maintenance Management Superintendent, the successful incumbent will have the following essentia! job functions:
-- Responsible for set up and daily maintenance of the CMMS system including equipment and asset tagging, attribute entry/maintenance and warranty set up.
-- Manage the setup of preventive maintenance work orders; generate and distribute them monthly. Work with business group leaders to ensure that preventive maintenance work orders are structured to maximize effectiveness.
-- Perform regular audits of database records and maintenance work processes to ensure that the CMMS system is accurate and updated.
-- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance performance reports including monitoring system data integrity and to identify trends and training opportunities.
- -- Serve as process coordinator for the Root Cause Failure Analysis Process, providing documentation and reporting of all investigation and correction activity via the CMMS PM system.
-- Serve as trainer for CMMS System to core process maintenance personnel.
-- Participate in all facilities operations discussion groups aimed at forming solutions to existing problems related to CMMS and Support Services and developing process improvements.
-- Assist in assessing company wide needs of the CMMS system and customize solutions when applicable.
Requirements:
-- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and knowledge of Word, Excel, Visio, Mindjet Manager and CMMS will be an added advantage.
-- Maintenance Management, Work Planning and Control experience required.
-- Good knowledge of CMMS system and databases with minimum of 5 years'CMMS administration experience required.
-- Technical/Computer Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Visio, Mindjet Manager and Outlook required. Experience using Crystal Reports preferred. Experience with software implementation and/or conversion preferred.

Diesel Mechanic Job Summary
Reporting to the Foreman, the incumbent will be responsible for the following.
-- Carrying out maintenance of plant and equipment, as stipulated in relevant maintenance procedures, statutory and domestic regulations.
-- Attend to breakdowns as and when required.
-- Be prepared to work outside normal hours/ standby, callouts.
-- Undertaking tasks assigned safely and within predetermined time.
Job Requirement
-- Candidate to have City and Guilds /NCC with experience on the following:
o Komatsu HM300 o Komatsu WA380-5 o Komatsu DX155AX-5 o Komatsu Grader GD655-3A
-- At least 3 years practical experience as an Artisan Diesel Mechanic in a dynamic industry
-- Must have a valid driver's license
