MilvikTanzania Ltd are looking for a
dynamicCommunity and Marketing Manager to develop, establish and maintain
marketing strategies, whichmeetourorganizational objectives. The candidate
willworkcloselywith the Senior Management team to effectively manage the BTL
marketing, advertising and promotionalactivities of the business. This
digital-savvyemployeeisresponsible for all communications, PR, social media,
events, and content creation, amongotherthings.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and coordinate all marketing,
advertising and promotionalactivities – in particular at communitylevel
• Conductmarketresearch to
determinemarketrequirements for existing and future products
• Develop and implement marketing plans and
projects for new and existingproducts
• Expand and develop marketing platforms
• Manage the productivity of the marketing
plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing
activity and results
• Manage the marketing budget
• Creating, managing and growing the
company’spresence
• Attending and organizingindustryevents
• Assistwith HR function and recruitment
Position
Requirements:
ExperienceRequired :
• Minimum
2 years’ marketing experience in Tanzania, specifically at communitylevel
• Social
media and PR experience
PersonalAttributes :
• Self-motivated
and capable of workingindependently
• Creative
• Outgoing
and enthusiastic
• Excellent
written and verbal communication skills (English and Kiswahili)
