A Relationship Manager is required to help and advice clients, grow Mortgage loan product for the Bank through branch network. The range and scope of his/her work ranges from Mortgage product development, portfolio growth to Mortgage loan book performance. Responsible for Value Added Services and Administration function of these
services, ensuring service and operational standards always meet the needs of
the business.
• Ensuring that all services are provided in a seamless manner.
• Ensuring that product portfolio is in order and monitor product expenditure as well as revenue generated.
• Responsible for strategic development of VAS that may be consumed by customers outside the Branches by Designing and implementing innovative and technological driven products & Services
• Driving Non Interest Income initiative to ensure the income generated is in accordance to the approved budget Full
• Responsible for ATMs, POS, Mobile Banking (USSD, APPs, NFC, Tokenization and Digitization) and Internet Banking development and uptime in collaboration with ICT and Operations.
